I got back from Maryland about a week ago.  I had a really great time.  We went to see my cousin Bethany ( my Mom’s goddaughter) for her 10th birthday and to visit other family.  We went to the Inner Harbor in Baltimore and went to the Aquarium. You can check out the pictures under the video.

I’m looking forward to going back. It was really nice seeing family and we are going to make it a yearly thing to visit the area.  Next year we are thinking about staying a couple more days and going to D.C. for a day or two.

Below is a great article written by one of my favorite comics, Jerry Seinfeld, on what George Carlin ment to stand up comedy.

Read the article here.

Also, heres a great clip of Carlin talking about death.  What a great comedian.

Although I voted for Obama in the primaries and am still undecided who I am going to vote for in the general election, I have thought from the beginning of the democratic nomination race that neither Obama or Hillary had a chance to become our next President.  I thought this , and still do, so much that I put money on it.  The reason, the one that the media is to afraid to say, is that there is to many 35+ year old white males and females that will refuse to vote for a black person (even though he is just as much white as black) for President.

The only reason HRC got as many votes as she did is because her main competition was a person that so many (uninformed and racist) people think is a black Muslim. If she was running against a legitimate candidate that was a white male she wouldn’t have lasted half the time she did. HRC’s supporters are not going to just go and vote for Obama, they are going to vote McCain, even if HRC becomes the VP ( which I don’t think she is going to be.)

Here’s just another example of the type of people that are “allowed” to vote for the most important political position in our country. To all the democrats that feel that Obama would be a breath of fresh air to our country and are going to be disappointed when red is all over the map on election day, thank these type of people at you local trailer park. Should these people even be allowed to vote?
